Work for family or company

workingmom.jpg Actually it's not only the outside job vs. child. There are still household management (including subordinates if available), family management, romance & relationship maintenance, extended family,... And even the "Child" factor contains many sub-factors such as nutritional balance, sleeping time, playtime management, school (+ home work when the time comes), child's social circle, development.  Just like the "office" job: managing projects, tasks, subordinates, time,... sudden projects dropped instantly from the top without a warning or even without mature planning.  When you're done at work at the end of the day, you get to see your family after the sun goes down, with the remainings of your energy depending on the day's work and traffic, while your child's been longing to see you to play with you, and your spouse to spend time with you.

Why does working for your own family not give you money, while you pay other people to take care of your house and children? Hmmm...
